Salam Alaykoum, good morning to all,

We provide free information about Malaysia: our expatriation, our daily life, our vacations, etc.
The goal is to be able to help as many people as possible 👍

We remind you that this is only an activity carried out on our free time. Between our professional activities, and family life, you surely suspect that we will not be able to answer all your questions 🥺

Nevertheless, several questions come up very often, and we have tried to list them below.
These are just some of the answers.

For more precise answers, depending on your personal situation (financial, professional, family, etc.), it would take more than 2 or 3 sentences to answer. We will dedicate time to provide our expertise, but as a paid service, as soon as we have more time in sha Allah 🤲

We reassure you: for most of the questions that come up very often, you will find the answers for free, on our site, but also by doing very quick searches on search engines 🥳

Finally, if your real goal is to expatriate, you need a certain state of mind (the famous“Mindset“).
Expatriation is not a simple thing, and requires a real personal work, continuously: nothing is ACQUIRED.
It also involves compromise, sacrifice, and a lot of time. You have to be resourceful by nature, and not expect to find everything on a golden platter 😅

We hope that this site brings you answers to your questions,
Asmae and Ihsane

YES, finally: the borders are open for tourists.
Since April 1, 2022, anyone can come to Malaysia.
Vaccinated and non-vaccinated, prepare your vacations in Malaysia!

We have summarized everything on our article Malaysia open borders for tourism.
You will also find our Youtube video summary.

For more information, you can contact the various authorities (embassies, immigration service, Ministry of Education in Malaysia, etc.).

We invite you above all :

If this still does not answer your questions, we offer a paid service to help you organize your customized trip Malaysia.

You need a residence visa.
Several solutions exist:

student visa,
➡ work visa via an employer (so finding a job in Malaysia),
➡ work visa via setting up a company on Labuan: opening a company on Labuan (training is offered on our site for this part).
➡ work visa via the creation of its company (SDN BHD for example): plan at least RM 500k,
MM2H visa,
➡ visa talent pass RPT.

These are the main visas.
You can further research these visas on Google if necessary.
This will depend a lot on your personal situation (degrees, professional background, finances, etc.).
We will add some information on our web page.

One thing is for sure : if you don’t have degrees in higher education (BAC+4/5), master degrees, or / and, if you don’t have big savings, it will be very difficult (not to say impossible) to plan an expatriation with your family 👨👩👧.

👩🎓 Job search in Malaysia 👩🎓

We do not have the capacity to provide personal assistance in obtaining visas, nor do we provide any assistance in finding jobs or internships, roommates, etc.

All the information we have is on our article EMPLOYMENT MALAYSIA.

We have made several videos of housing visits on Youtube.

You will find some additional information below : https://liveinmalaysia.com/malaysia-travel/expatriation-malaysia/apartment-malaysia/

You will find details about this type of visa in the training section below.

We provide a step-by-step study for obtaining a visa through the creation of a company on Labuan.

Opening a business in Malaysia Labuan company and work visa – Living in Malaysia
Very difficult to answer, it will depend on your personal situation and lifestyle 😕
This can be as little as one, two or even three times as much depending on your lifestyle.

Many parameters come into play, such as:
– do you need health insurance for the whole family? If yes, then you will have to count at least 300€ per month.
– do you need to send children to school ? If so, you will need to budget 350 to 700 € per month, per child.

Some elements of answer here: LIVING COST BUDGET IN MALAYSIA
You can find more answers on our Instagram page.

In the highlights, we’ve grouped together several expense items (health insurance, schools, restaurants, etc.)

0:00 - Introduction
